Query and ring Group do not see hung up

Query and Ring Group include 2 extentions. When I make a call to 6700 or 6200, respectively, there is a rings on the numbers. Without picking up the phone, I make a consecutive hang-up on each phone. In the case of the Queue, I hear MOH, in the case of the Ring Group, I hear the ringing tone. That is, all the phones in the queue or group already dropped the call without accepting it, but the PBX does not see this and turns off waiting (Query) or calling (Ring Group) only by timer. Is this how it should work?
