I have a problem. An incoming call through the SIP trunk DID 496200-496220 is transformed into a local call to 6200-6220. This is the default Ring Group assigned range. Ring Group 6200 contains two DNs 1001 and 1003. Calls from 1004 to 6200 are fine, both 1001 and 1003 are ringing, but call through the SIP trunk to 496200 I get a busy signal. Why is that?
if i make DID 496200 or 496200-496220 to destination Ring Group (not ExtentionS) 6200, yes, its work fine, but if i have range Ring Groups 6200-6220 do I really need to create 20 inbounds routes (496200 to 6200, 496201 to 6201 ... 496220 to 6220? How often do you need to hang up on DID range 496200-496220 one Range Group 6200? Only I see something not very correct in this decision? It may be more correct to provide a choice as it is done with extensions where you can specify one extension or their range corresponding to the DID range?

Because cannot reach to the ringgroup when the inbound destination is extension range.
You can use custom script to achieve it, add below content to the extensions_custom.conf
[from-outside]
include = from-outside1
include = from-outside2
include = ringgroups
