S100 Interconnection with other brand

Hi, 

Ive been working on this for quite some time now, the Other Brand PBX is connected to my S100. 

The Other Brand can make calls (loc. 1250) to S100 (loc.1001) but when im trying to call back (from S100 to Other) i only get a busy tone or continues tone then drop.
