Call Hangs up at 30 Seconds

My call hangs up at 30 seconds.

My internal call work normally but when i receive a external call, the call hangs up at 30 seconds.

I did all configurations in my yeastar s100 but the problem persist.

but unfortunatley didn´t help.

Somebody can help me?
