I would set a different MOH list than the default one.

Custom prompts is somewhat limited (no random selection) and with the keypad you can use only MOH default list.

  What prevents you from creating whatever you like in the main settings? These are usable in the hotel function as well. 

  I use a voice prompt instead of music so that there is no mistaking as to what the call is about.

  I would like to have different audio for callers and guests.
