Hi Forum

I have installed the System on our Client side, but get now some question that i cant find.

- If i Dial from the CTI Client over my Desk Phone my "local" number 1000 is Diplayed on the Sip Phone instead the number. Is there a way to change them? otherwyse i have no phone hystory.

- Dial Pattern, i would like to remove for example +41 (0) and add a 0 or +41 instead, how to set them?

- Linkus Client, it is still a request to add an URL or exe to the Linkus Client that show me the caller on the web or open an notepad?

  There may be a way to have the the dialed phone number show on the desk phone, but you did not mention which CTI client is in use and the phone model/make.

  One such CTI command is -

  http://192.168.5.135/cgi-bin/api-make_call?passcode=admin&hs=1&phonenumber=3501

  It is pretty simple in that the CTI is telling the device at the above IP to call 3501, but only after providing the correct phone login credentials. The above is for a Grandstream phone.

  You could find out what the manufacturer's command format is and setup such a string and send to the phone from a web browser and see how the phone reacts. If the phone only shows the extension number, then perhaps the issue lies withing the phone and not the CTI client. As you can see in the above, the number to b3e dialed is the only number shown so, the CTI client is only telling the phone what to dial, not what to display. However, this is for this particular case using this string.  There are many more strings and states possible with CTI.
