Attended Transfer Confirmation Tone

When transfering a call using attended transfer, it would great to give the transferee a confirmation tone on the handset that tells him, that the transfered party is active now:

external call -> a transfers attended to b, when a hangs up a tone is played to b, that signs him, that the external party is connected to him now.

Is this possible?
