Is there a way to automatically forward calls that come from specific telephone numbers that call into the system? For example, as soon as the call from a specific number reaches my server, I want to route the call directly to another number. I am familiar with setting up call forwarding through an extension, I just don't want the call to go through my IVR setup. It's like I have to tag the specific number and tell the system to automatically forward the call, I just don't know how to do it.

Larry Neblett Sure. In the inbound routes, you simply create a duplicate route using your DID and then add the caller-ID (CID) of the person that you wish to forward elsewhere in the CID section -
You need to be certain that the CID or multiple CIDs entered match exactly to the numbers that will be seen by the system when the desired callers dial-in as the system is precise in the pattern match. You then select the destination you wish to use, other than the mentioned IVR, and the callers will be sent to the new destination instead of the IVR.
You need to be certain to place this new rule above the original DID rule as the system will process the rules by looking for the first rule that matches. As this rule essentially filters by looking for the DID and specific CIDs, you want the system to look at this rule first so that it will only react to the DID + CID info whereas the rule below will react to all calls by just looking at the DID.
