LCS Login with Domain

A customer have Linkus cloud service and want to use their Domain name instead of PBX Serial number. 

How can we map the domain name to linkus?

  This is likely a question for support but, my guess is that there is no way at present to do so as the two pieces of information (domain and SN) have no relationship to one another as one if a resource locator and the other is a unique numbering system to define a piece of hardware. The domain may conceivably change, but the SN will not. There may also be some nuances given the cloud based nature of the system as it is currently exists.

  there is an option for "domain login" but there is no infomation in anywhere about it. im confused. 

  I can do it if the user not using LCS by creating "A record" in customer domain. this will map a subdomain like "linkus.domain.com" to customer public IP adress. (firewall configuration required)

   

  But, Yeastar should provide a custom domain for LCS user.

  When using Linkus cloud service the mobile client will connect to yeastar server directly.

  Domain is used when you don't use linkus cloud service.
