Yeastar Neogate TA810 incoming calls Status:Busy

We're having an issue with getting incoming calls through to our ESI eSIP 50x PBX. When trying, the call with keep ringing and the call log in the Neogate will display a status of Busy. Outgoing calls do work as configured through the Neogate however.

We've setup Port groups, IP ->Port, and Port -> ip/port per our documentation. We then have setup the trunks accepting those and the trunks are all up in the PBX Monitor. We've then made an incoming route to use the trunks and input which DID to look for (main number). Any ideas on this issue? Thank you!
