TA100 outbound calls fails with "603 decline" until hardware reset


Our reseller bought TA100 and TA200.
TA200 was working properly but TA100 couldnt  make outbound calls.
in the sip log, TA100 replies with a "603 decline" message after "trying".

With similar configuration, TA200 was OK and made outbound calls. So, understood that is not configration problem. 

inbound calls was working normaly and SIM card tested, able to make outbound calls.

They made 1-2 software reset and re-configure the device but not succeed. 

Today we made a hardware reset and problem solved quickly. I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
