Yeastar S-Series PBX API - Cant Download Recording Files

I'm trying to integrate the Yeastar on a 3rd Cloud Platform Application.

Im calling the method /api/v1.1.0/recording/get_random?token={token},

with a successful token, i have made Login Pbx before.

I got a success response, with random string, then i build my download URL, but when im trying to download almost all the times its gives me {"status":"Failed","errno":"20012"}, i have check my URL,

https://{pbx ip}:{https port}/api/v1.1.0/recording/download?recording={recording}&random={random}&token={token}

and the random, token , and recording vars are well placed, the strange think its i already download atleast 1-2 times on my tests.

My pbx ip and https port, are the same i used on my request.

 

Can someone help me, im trying to figure out this problem for 2 days, and with no success.

  i have the same   problem on dowloading recording file from yeaster cloud pbx 
  
  though just follewed the tutorial from the given link above but with no success however the tutorial  above uses api application testing tool to get the NewCdr response but apart from that how to get the recording file from NewCdr 
  
  from my scenario i just using the recording file from cdr report 
  
  Kindly need assistance

  Hi said hussein, if you are using Curl PHP,

  i have solve my problem using this parameters on curl request: 

  CURLOPT_URL => $url
  CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER => true,
  CURLOPT_ENCODING => "",
  CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER => false,
  CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST => false,
  CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS => 10,
  CURLOPT_TIMEOUT => 30,
  CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST => "POST",
  CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS => json_encode($params),
  CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER => array("Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8"),

  Yes am using php how did you manage to get random string
  Did you go for NewCdr or you just used recording file from.cdr list ?
  However will try your solution

  Hello Said Hussein,

  Steps i used to make working:

  1. In my case im getting all the calls throw the pbx cdr database.

  2. After that i call POST /api/v1.10/login that return me the token.

  3. Then POST /api/v1.1.0/recording/get_random?token={token}, using  as token the value returned in point 2, and as parameter recording, tthe value you get from point 1 from column "recordfile".

  4. And finally i construct my download url with,

  https://{pbx ip}:{https port}/api/v1.1.0/recording/download?recording={recording}&random={random}&token={token},  where {recording} is value from column "recordfile" in point 1, {random} is the string returned from point 3, and {token} the returned value from point 2.

  Notes: All the call to API, are made with CURL php, with parameters i set before.

  I read cdr database from pbx, throw a mysql database connection in the ip:port of the pbx.

  Check if you have grant access to pbx cdr database.

  In my case the problem comes from point number 2 when trying to get random
  It gives this error
  {
  "status":"Failed",
  "errorno":"2014"
  }
  The error number basically tells that the file does not exist
  However i tried the same procedure to download cdr csv report where i got the recording file
  Am using api v2.0.0

  Also how did you manage to link with MySQL database i didn't see that features

  If u are using the correct recording file name,

  he should return to you, the random to construct the download url.

  Check two thinks:

  Curl php , remove this CURLOPT_HTTP_VERSION => CURL_HTTP_VERSION_1_1, if you are using, this solve my problem after 2 days of try's.

  Check if the recordfile, have some encode transformations.

  As per the link it shows how to link with MySQL database but that is for S100 series
  On my scenario the cloud pbx am using it does not have the feature however the yeaster support says they will release soon.
  Will share soon the sample of recording files

  and same file am tyring to request random string

  i think you should try using the method get_random de URL,

   

  Try with, api/v1.1.0/recording/get_random

  POST https://{pbx host url}/api/v1.1.0/recording/get_random?token={token}

  }

  now i can random after  yeaster support told to change the file extension from .wav to yswav for  cloud pbx 
  
  now the problem to invalide random

  Good to know you have 1st problem solve.

  Are you sure you not using this parameter on php Curl request?

  CURLOPT_HTTP_VERSION => CURL_HTTP_VERSION_1_1

  If you are using it, just remove it.

  And check again, the codification transformations.
