failed certificate upload caused remote management failed

We use letsencrypt certificate on our S100. We just uploaded a new version of certificate to S100 then reboot. After reboot we cannot login through remote management again. Would somebody help pls?

You should probably file a ticket with support. The only other thing that might be possible is to factory reset and then do a restore from a backup prior to the update.
