incorrect timestamp for notification mail

Hello,

we're using a Yeastar S100 (FW 30.14.0.16).

I have set the the timezone and ntp server settings. That's working except for notification mails.

All mails have a timestamp +0200(CEST)

Date: Thu Jul 23 12:42:16 2020 (23.07.2020 14:42:16)

The mailbody contains right timestamp

[2020-07-23 12:42:15] Outgoing Call Failed.

12:42:15 is the right CEST Time

Any ideas, where i have to looking for?
