Not recording call made trough API

I'm using integration with CRM Bitrix24 from Atevi (link at https://www.yeastar.com/crm-and-cti-integration/).

All trunks and numbers are set to record calls in settings. When I make call from phone manually - all ok, recording works.

When I make call from CRM (it makes it through API - calling is working fine, but recording not works).

Where i make mistake?
