Hello,
is there a software / tool to view the state (idle,ringing, speaking, dnd) of all extensions at same time? ideally a web based solution like PBX monitor in Yeastar.
But there i have to scroll up or down to see all extensions!

Larry Neblett There is no integrated webclient opertaor like panel. There are 3rd party tools that can be used as an "operator panel".

and possibly eFon
All will require some effort on your part to fully integrate into the S PBX (not sure about eFON as the document is not dated and the illustration tend to suggest MyPBX, but might still be worth testing).
