Call signaling with possibility to take over

Hello community,

I wanted to learn about a function on the Yeastar S series regarding BLF.

I usualy work with Swyx and don't know how to configure it on the Yeastar S412. The problem is as follows:

Employee A wants incoming calls from the head office (call group) to be signaled to him on the phone. That works, I configured the extensions on his Phone as BLF on the buttons of his Htek UC623.

Unfortunately, he cannot take the signaled calls. -> how can I configure it?

does this have to be configured on the phone or the pbx? is it possible to setup this function in the phone auto-provisioning menu?

  In checking, there is no Htek 623 shown on the Htek website, do you mean a 923? 

  If so, then the answer is yes, you can use the auto-provision function of the S PBX to set a BLF key for a 923 so that it will monitor an extension and allow for pick-up. Just set the extension number you want to monitor and then the pickup code as set in your PBX and then label it.
