Call forwarding with clip no screening

Hello community,

I have registered a trunk that has the Clip No Screening option on my Yeastar S412.

The call forwards are handled by the secretariat set manually.

The called party must see the original sender number of caller, which is forwarded to the called agent, but that doesn't work.

Only the office number is always displayed, so that it is not possible for the agent to call back.
Can someone explain how to configure clip no screening?
