Hi, I have this phone system: yeastar S412 with O2 Module installed.
After answering a phone call, the other phones make an extra ring, how can I stop it?
Is it possible to modify the system?

Riddhe M If you connect the line to the analog phone directly. Would you have the same delay?

The issue may be related somewhat to the use of IP phones when using an analog trunk. The ring comes in and the system essentially sees that and then sends an INVITE to whatever phones are to receive the call. When one phone answers there is another series of messages between that phone and the system and if another ring occurs, it is typically because the system has not yet had time to send a cancel to the other phones to stop them from ringing. The phones generate their own ring based upon the INVITE and the ringing stops when one phone answers and signals the system as such and then the system sends another message to the other ringing phone to tell them to CANCEL.
