Problems with deskphone to linkus call (no audio)

When someone from a yealink deskphone call to a Linkus desktop/mobile phone the linkus user can hear deskphone user but the other person can not hear linkus user.

When we make the same call from linkus to deskphone the sound it is ok.

 

We have configured NAT and disable "SIG ALG" on the firewall but something is wrong....

We have try using linkus cloud and custom settings.
