Trouble with Remote Extension/Linkus/Desktop working together

Using S50, Firmware up to date.

I have outside users (Remote) who have all three installed, yealink phone, desktop and linkus on iphone.

They don't seem to work well and cause the hard phone to randomly stop working and/or stop yealink extention from dialing out.  The yealink phone will stay registered on the phone but not ring, while the iphone will ring.

Additionally, the extension will show status as Unavailable. 

Ring Strategy - Ring First >>Extension, Linkus checked. 

It only works when they get rid of desktop and Linkus and use hard extension only. Then no registration issues.

  So, did you increase the number of concurrent registrations allowed for the extension? Next, some of the issue may be related to the remote worker's environment. What kind of connection do they have? Has SIP ALG been disabled in the cable modem and/or router.  When you have multiple devices behind a single NAT router. they all appear to be the same when they get to the PBX. In other words, they all appear at the PBX using the same IP, and more likely, using the same SIP port. When the PBX responds, it is up to the remote router to remember which device initiated which request so that the proper response is sent back to the correct device. 

   

  In general, the issue could be related to the concurrent registrations not being increased at the PBX to allow more than one device to be used for a given extension and/or a NAT problem. Look at the concurrent setting first.

  Thank you for taking the time to reply.

  I have concurrent registrations set at 4 for both remote users. 2 Remote users, I use pfsense which has no ALG, and I will discuss with the other remote user what firewall/router he is using.

  In the meantime, I deleted both extensions and added them back and then set the desktop app to ring the hard phone via latest linkus, and mobile phones to ring secondarily and that seems to work will reply back.
