I am looking for a CDR package that would be able to track both inbound and outbound calls through queue's. QueueMetrics dos not have the ability for outbound call tracking with Yeastar.

Riddhe M do you use it for outbound call center? Not sure if yeastar have any plan to add that feature.

Otherwise there are a number of 3rd party call accounting software packages that can parse thru CDR data, but whether or not the hooks are there in any of them to get what you seek is something that you will have to be specific about when discussing with the vendor.
