Try with another softphone and check if that would work or not.
If the softphone other than Linkus couldn't work either, then it is probably caused by the server side. You need to check your port forwarding(SIP and RTP ports), the NAT settings on the PBX.
If you could provide some pcap logs, it will be very helpful to toubleshoot the issue.
I think it is reasonable that Yeastar charge for the LCS service, as with the LCS, it is much easier and less issues.
