I have a customer that is having issues with the LINK US app registering see below 


They are using the LINK US cloud service 


I can receive calls on my cell phone with the app but when I try to answer them it says “registering...” at the top and then hangs up. This happens every time so I cannot use the app.

I’m on the latest iOS with the latest new update. Has been happening for about a month now


Any Suggestions
