For the most part it is not a problem. It may be that the router rebooted on a schedule. Possibly even an update. You just have to know if these situations arise. If, however, you have a lot of unexplained errors, then perhaps thete is an issue. Not knowing over what period of time and how many, makes it problematic to know from the description.
Hi, I have 8 installations with yeastar switchboards,
I leave out all the problems that these products have,
however I also have a pbx with this error ... and at least that your seller does not change it under warranty, you will never be able to solve it, because a hardware problem.
The situation is becoming annoying, and yeastar assistance is completely absent.
Completely disappointed, they sell products for professionals, but in reality they are toys.
Stefano.
There is a solution for this bug?
Regards
Matteo
Hi Matteo,
it depends on the type of network you have.
in my case we had a professional network with Ubiquiti Unifi series managed switches (believe me never such a thing happened ..)
yet the pbx yeastar s412 always gave this error sometimes in the morning sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening (network failure).
I changed the port thinking that it had problems, putting it on the one used by the dvr since it worked 24 hours a day, nothing the dvr on the port used before by the pbx worked while the pbx on that of the dvr gave the same problem again.
so I installed another always managed switch in support of the Ubiquiti but of the Tp-Link managed series and I solved the problem.
now I wonder and I ask you ... but it could be that a switch can be unpleasant :-) to the pbx?
I think and I think not, the fact of the test of the change of network socket shows it, I think instead that some PBX have problems with the network card.
Stefano.
