Does anyone have a working config of a Sonicwall and the Linkus app? I have all my SIP providers working except Linkus. When on site cell phones using Wi-Fi the Linkus work fine, but when on the cellular network unable to connect to server.
Trace on the Sonicwall show packets being forwarded to the S50 and it is returning them. The issue might be that the packets are coming from both the S50's internal and external IP.
I guess there are a couple of issues that need clarity -
1. When on the local Wi-Fi, presumably NAT is not involved and as a result, the SW is likely not in the path.
2. Is source port re-write disabled on the SonicWall?
3. Have you forwarded the appropriate Linkus ports?
Presumably, the REGISTER request, if seen by the PBX and if correct with regard to the authorization, the PBX will show it as registered. It may not show registered on LINKUS. Do you have a pcap of the exchange?
