Transfer a call entering a RING GROUP or QUEUE to another RNG GROUP or Queue

I would like to know if it was possible to transfer a call entering a Ring Group or a Queue (when all agents are busy) to another Ring Group or Queue, which is on another PBX on a remote site?
So the Ring Groups are on different Pbxs, on remote sites. And the transfer is only if the call comes in and all the agents are busy.
