Dial pattern outbound Route

Newbie help needed.

I am when I dial a number from my mobile extension with area code the calls go through, but if some numbers are saved in the +27 81 333 8888 format and then it fails.

I think I need to add a dial pattern to strip the +27 and add a 0 but am stuck. Any help will be appreciated.

Hey guys,

i am having the same issue.

I want call numberst with +49 country codes.

So i figured i would have to create an outbound rule:

Pattern: "+49"

Strip: 1

Prepend: "00"

Unfortunately this does not do the trick. When i call numbers with +49, they get canceled immediately. What am i overlooking?

do you have other outbound routes before "+49" ?
