Hi,
I've just updated my TEST-PBX S50 to fw 30.13.0.15 so I can test a bit with the company contacts feature.
Anyone who knows how the contacts can be accessed by a yelling phone?
Thx already

Sorry,
Yealink Phone
Hi Wim, I am having the same issue.
I can access and use the Company Contacts on the Linkus app on a mobile, but these same contacts are not available on desk phones. I have tried on Yealink and Grandstream phones.
This new feature is meant to work "within one platform and across multiple devices", but it seems not to apply to the desk phone user extensions - only the Linkus addition.
It seems to be a good feature, but is poorly implemented.

Hi Alan,
Thx for your reply
Any idea yeastar is planning to make work in desktop phones also?

Hi Wim,
Sorry, not good news.
I submitted a ticket to Yeastar and received the following reply:-
Thank you very much for contacting us!
Yes, you are right.
Currently, company contacts can only be seen on PBX Web and Linkus mobile.
As for the linkus desktop, it would be available around April 2020.
I regret to inform you that we do not have a recent plan to add it on IP phones.
Maybe, if enough people ask for it, they might implement it for IP phone extensions.
Most of my clients use desk phones, not Linkus, and most of my client systems are S20, not S50.
Ideally, having this available for S20's as well as working on IP phones would be great.

Hi Alan,
Same here ;-)
Most of my clients run also S20 and S50.
I have one with S100
I agree. Has to ben in S20 also!
If more people see this post, maybe they can also encourage Yeastar to include S20 systems.
Make some noise people!!!
+1
Sorry guys and gals.
The advice back from Yeastar engineers is that the S20 and S412 do not have sufficient processor power / RAM to enable the running of Company Contacts and ZOHO CRM.
Sad :(
It's a pity the S-series datasheet doesn't give full specifications of these systems to indicate what is running the box.
For my part they can remove LDAP and ZOHO CRM on a S20.
I think de company contact is a way better feature then LDAP.
There you can configure a "Number Match", so bye bye landcode related number/ Contactname linkage issues
linke you can have in the LDAP phonebook. But since there is no other solution LDAP work less or more fine....;-)
Grtz
