hello;
i have 23 extension 100,102;103......122
when 100 is ring and the person how will answer is not availed someone of other 's (102 or 103....or 122) will answer from his extension is it possible ? if yes ;how can i do it ?

Larry Neblett Both of the call pickup answers provided earlier are quite suitable, but there is a different way.
Call pickup has a limitation in that while one can indeed answer a ringing extension, the question is whether or not one knows that the extension is ringing in the first place. If the people are able to hear an extension ringing then call pickup is a solution. If not-
Depending on the make and model of phone, you may also be able to use a BLF key(s). This assumes that the phones have the buttons needed to BLF/monitor, but if so, then by setting up a BLF to monitor a given extension(s), then the phones monitoring that extension(s) will have an LED presentation of the monitored extension's status. Red will mean that the phone is currently engaged in a call. Pressing the button will cause a call to be made to the phone as a speed dial and the monitored phone will handle that call according to its rules for busy. If the LED is green the monitored extension is available to take a call. Pressing the button will cause a call to be made to the phone as a speed dial and the user of the monitored phone will either answer, reject or allow the ring timeout to occur. If the monitored extension is ringing, the LED will be a blinking red and if the button is pressed, the call will be intercepted and the call can be answered.
