I've set up a Salesforce service cloud enterprise account however I am unable to complete the integration to get the authorization code. When I click the request code button after entering the consumer key and consumer secret nothing happens.
Am I missing something?

Is that any security software blocks the pop-up to get the authorization code? Would you try to disable it or try it on another computer?
Do you mean an antivirus? I disabled those and still no pop-up. I've also confirmed the API enabled is checked on my Salesforce account. Is there a way of debugging it?
Hi, Had the same problem until I started Linkus as Administrator and it opened a web page with a security (https) advise, Override the advise and have the success response.
