Linkus app works well inside the network, and outside the network I only receive the call and cannot answer it, even when I press the answer the call button, it does not answer and the caller still rings.

When I am using SSL VPN it works fine.

  Well, when outside the network, NAT comes into play or perhaps someone else/s firewall depending on whose network you are connected to. 

   

  Have you enabled NAT in the extension settings and forwarded the ports associated to Linkus?

  Hi Sir, which country you are living in or using the Linkus? In UAE, the SIP is blocked. You might have that kind of problem.
