I am up against 3CX in a system sale to a customer who has experience of 3CX's scheduled call reports. He has these reports set up to review outbound call activity by his sales team and really likes the 3CX report scheduling feature.
3CX gives you the ability to design a call report using all of the parameters that we have in Yeastar S-Series, but in addition, you can save it as a named report, and schedule it to run at specific date/time[s] - with an e-mail target to send the completed report to (as either .pdf or .csv). If you need the report immediately, you also have the option of 'now' in the schedule.
I have several 3CX customers using this facility, and as I'm gradually migrating them to Yeastar S-Series, it would be nice to have this same facility in S-Series.
