Change presence status with feature code (or button)

Customer would like to change their presence status directly on the phone without needing to use extension portal or Linkus

Hi Daryl, the feature code now is linked with the presence.

Like *74 to enable DND, *074 to disable DND. The presence would change on the extension settings page.

Hi Pixy,

I can see how DND can work, but I don't see any codes for selecting these other presence status. I think the only way I can see is using the User Portal or Linkus to change the presence status.

Also when I turn on "Always Forward" it always defaults to Voicemail. Customer wants to always forward to an external number and control this using a speed dial or dial code on the phone.

How can I use the DND to select a different "Away" or "Business Holiday"?

i have them problem wit Cisco cp-8841-k9 all button function not work transfer , meeting ,forward call , voice mail i try config for SEP[mac].cnf.xml but also not work cand send file SEP.cnf.xml or write here
