Phones not register if the PBX is in other VLAN


we have several different workspaces and a segmentation in VLAN's The case manager should be located in a security zone. The phones are located at the workstation. FW and ACL are set to any any to analyze the problem. The phones do not register with the case manager and we do not know why. We can't imagine that the system always has to be in a network with the phones, because that would be totally pointless. You don't have that many subinterfaces. Why do the phones not register? Does anyone have an idea or a sample configuration for a VLAN environment?
