T19P phones with some Linkus app
All of a sudden a client can not dial out an international number (for example 0044XXXXXXXXXX) even though on her extension Call Permission Tab an outbound route with X. is selected. She tried it on another two extensions and the same Forbidden message displayed on the phone screen so there must be something on the PBX that needs adjustment.
No problem with national numbers.
I have an ethernet capture of the call but will only send it on private for troubleshooting. I'm quite new to SIP so I need somebody who knows SIP well.
