Hi Team, I have a little challenge with the office S100 here, it has the recent firmware. The Challenge I am experiencing is that the inbound routes with the DID don't go to the extensions specified, rather they all go to swithboard. Everything used to work well with the old PABX, and all other S100's I have setup with this feature work well, what could be the problem here. 

E.g: 22219200 is the main office number, it goes to the extension 9200

We are allocated DiD from 22219201 all the way to 22219209.

The setup is in such a way that when dialing 22219201 it should go directly to 9201 the same thing should be the case while dialing 22219205, it should go directly to extension 9205. But this is not the case, all calls go to the 9200 extensions. It makes no sense.

  It would help to know what kind of connection is in use for the telephone service.

  I will assume SIP, which if this is true, you must match what the provider is sending exactly.

  The provider will send the DID typically in the SIP header "To" and/or Request URI. If the number is in both fields, then it may or may not be the same as they may use the e.164 format in one field and a local/regional format in the other.

  To see what is being sent, you will need to do a network capture and then look at the trace. The S PBX has a capture capability on Maintenance and then Troubleshooting. You will need Wireshark to examine the trace.

  However, you may also be able to look at the CDR by downloading it and then look for the DID and then inputting that exact number in the route and experimenting with the field settings (Get DID From) I have shown below.

  If no success, then you will need a capture.

  This is what a capture looks like and you want to look at the INVITE:

  

   

  As stated, the number must match exactly so using the above the input would be +44203XXXXXX where XXXXXX would be the other digits.

  Thank you very much Larry, It works now. It takes the DID as for example: 9205 instead of 22219205 and it works perfectly.
