S20 Inbound calls cannot dial extensions

Hey guys,

I have S20 Yeastar PBX working fine with a cellular network Trunk-LTE; however, I realize that inbound calls are not able to dial the extensions, the greetings keep saying "dial the extension number" but nothing. This was working but I do not know what happened now. I really need help on this, any suggestion?

Try changing the DTMF mode that the LTE device (not stated as to what) is sending to the PBX.
