Larry Neblett Did you create the extension in the PBX? If trying to add a phone to an existing extension, did you increase the number of allowed extensions? If the phone local to the PBX or remote? Did you manually provision the phone or are you using the PBX?
You provided a symptom without any details of how connected, where, etc. So, it is a little problematic to be more specific with suggestions.
