Has anyone had success using feature codes on Mobility Extensions? Ultimately I need users to be able to change Time Conditions when calling in from their mobile.

If it makes any difference the user is at a Auto Attendant when calling in.

Larry Neblett Cannot do from an IVR (auto-attendent) as only a single digit is acceptable. Try using DISA.

AaronL2 Thanks, Larry. I did try DISA but it appears that all I could do was make an outbound call there. Documentation for using the DISA feature was pretty hard to come across.

Larry Neblett I guess I should have thought of it earlier -
Given that the time function must have a permission and said permission must be associated to an extension, it seems that you need to use Linkus, a softphone or a remote hardphone that is registered to the system as an extension to alter the route via dial code.
I even tried setting up a dummy extension with a forward, but it would not allow the * to be entered into the field.
