Hello

  I have 15 phones identical all working well. I have 1 phone I dial *2 for voice mail or use the message button. Enter the CORRECT password and the PBS says this password is incorrect and hangs up on the tired try. I have reentered the password 20 times by typing the password and cut and past.. Nothing corrects this problem. I have downloaded different firmware on the phone without correction. half of my phones have key tones and half do not when typing in the password. This is very frustrating because it is not the phone.

  When you indicate tones, do you mean DTMF tones? Is so, then that is indeed the phone as the PBX does not generate tones based upon phone key entry.

   

  How were the phones provisioned? I suggest you create a template in the PBX, factory reset a single phone and then provision the phone from the PBX and see what happens.
