Hello team, I updated the firmware to my S20 (two units) and now I can't connect to the GUI. How can I do?

  1. Check if the SYSTEM status light flashing or not, if not, it is probably caused by the damage of the firmware. You can try start the secondary of the firmware but you will lost your current configurations;

  2. If the SYSTEM status light is flashing properly, then you may check below:

  Do you have any prompt message when you try access the web GUI?

  Can you get ping response from the S20?

  Can IP phones register to the S20 properly?

  Try if you can access with default IP address.

  Thanks for your answer, I don't know what happened but the problem is Google Chrome, after the firmware update I have to open the GUI with an incognito window.

  PD: I have two MyPBX Soho and I was wondering if I can use LINKUS with that devices?

  Linkus only works for the S series
