The feature request is about the possibility to configure IVR to ask for a PIN List in order to forward the calls internally. Pin should also be added to CDR.

May I know why do you need to add PIN list for IVR?
The PIN is just for internal call redirection or also for key press event?

Riddhe M how about using the DISA in the IVR event? DISA allows you to input the PIN and dial numbers to make outbound calls.
