The feature request is about the possibility to configure IVR to ask for a PIN List in order to forward the calls internally. Pin should also be added to CDR.

May I know why do you need to add PIN list for IVR?
The PIN is just for internal call redirection or also for key press event?
how about using the DISA in the IVR event? DISA allows you to input the PIN and dial numbers to make outbound calls.
