my phones are showing 404 not found and 403 forbidden. please what is the cause, and how can i resolve it?

  What do the phones connect to? PBX, provider, etc.?

  the phones are connected to an S300 PBX

  Can you log into the S300?

  Have you checked to see if any of the extension IPs are blacklisted? Any deleted?

  checked, none is blacklisted.

  What about deleted? Under what condition do the phones show the error codes? Can the phones all reach voice mail or other extensions?

   

  There are various conditions by which the error codes can appear, but without knowing when they appear and what was happening or what was being done when the error appeared makes it impossible to offer a meaningful suggestion.
