Larry Neblett The exact specifics you will need to address.
The basic premise is to create a peer trunk between the two PBX systems. You should enable the qualify function on the S PBX so that it knows if the peer trunk is down. You should also do the same on the PANY side, assuming that function is available.
Fr simplicity's sake, you you should ensure that the user extension ranges (at a minimum) in use on each PBX will be different than those on the other; otherwise you will have to use a prepend on the outbound route. The issue is that when you dial a number, say 1000 for example, the PBX will search for that number in its own inventory first before looking at external resources. So, if you have 1000 on both the PANY and SPBX, and an extension on the PANY side wants to reach extension 1000 on the SPBX, the dialing will need to contain a pre-pended digit such that instead of dialing 1000, they will lneed to dial 91000 and the outbound rule pointing to the SPBX will need to strip 1 (get rid of the 9) when sending out the peer to the SPBX.
You will need to create the outbound rule on each PBX that will have the extensions that are allowed to access that trunk that connects to the other side and conversely you will need to create an inbound rule that will accept the dial string for the desired extensions. Assuming that the PANY has user extensions in the 1000-1999 range and the SPBX has 2000-2999, the outbound rule at the PANY side would list the peer trunk and the extensions allowed to access same and then have a dial string that might read 2XXX. The SPBX would then have a similar rule for inbound, but would use the range of extensions that you will allow the PANY to call. This might look like 2000-2125 if the extensions are 2000-2125. In essence, both inbound and outbound rules need to be establshed for both PBX system. There is a Yeastar Knowledege Base that includes how to interconnect the SPBX with other devices and while no PANY systems are mentioned, you can peruse some of the articles to see how to accomplish much of what you need to do for the SPBX, but as mentioned the exact setup of the PANY will be something you will need to research by doing a Google search or perhaps PANY has a similar forum and support site as Yeastar.
Here is an older article which may help:
