Can anyone recommend software to monitor how many calls are currently in a queue? For SPBX.

Riddhe M How about Asternic?
I see there is Asterinc solution integrated with Yeastar.

Ron Romano Too difficult to implement and the connect for live data kept dropping. We tested it. I want something easy to install and straightforward. Thank for the suggestion though.

Lea L. Hi. I've tested the Queuemetrics Live app, and for me it's a great solution.

Ron Romano I have tried Queuemetrics live as well and it works pretty well and is easy to implement. But for some customers this is more than they need. I Should be more clear. I'm looking for a lightweight app, preferably Windows, that can connect to the PBX via AMI or any method than can concisely give the stats on queues. Both of the solutions that have been offered can do the job, but for some they are overkill. Thanks for the suggestions..

Larry Neblett It is unlikely that you will find an app that is "right sized" for your need. Most are designed to tackle any variety of situations and complexity of reports and it is up to the enduser/reseller to customize the solution to the need. "Concisely give the stats" may mean one thing to one user and may mean something else to another. Only reporting how many calls in a Q, which was the initial post request, may be easier to find if the stats surrounding the activity are not really needed.
Your best bet is to do a Google search or scour Source Forge for potential candidates, but beware that I do not believe the Yeastar system is completely open so some may not be compatible.
