Riddhe M Hi you can try to check if it is NAT issue caused by the VPN router. Like IP address in the SIP headers had been modified or so.

I have Tow routers R1 in HQ and R2 in branch i configurated it vpn ipsec gateway to gateway
And i ping ICMP from branch to HQ success .connection and routing between tow routers successfull
My bpx S50 configuration in HQ and instlation IP Phone and config it in branch. But the ip phone unregistration Why?@Oscar Colka

Larry Neblett If you can reach the web page of a remote phone, then there should be no issue in using the VPN. However, as the VPN essentially ties the networks together and thereby makes them look as one, in the NAT section of the S20, you need to add the remote network LAN into the local network. In the below, I have remote sites also connected with a VPN (IPsec).
