Every extention has their own number and the call is going straight through the inbound route to the extention.
The customer want to use a ringgroup as failover destination. So we used call forwarding on the extention to a ringgroup.
And changed the ringing time to 15 seconds. But when this is enabled and a internal user calls to another extention and they are busy or don't pickup the call will transfer too. And the customer want it for external calls only.
So the Feature Request is: will it be possible in the future for external calls only?
