The emergency calls is great for ambulance job, plumber.. Every job that could have emergency work to do.
The idea is :
when a customer calls at night at the office, nobody is at the office.
But we transfer the call on a mobile phone.
The problem is that sometimes, the person who has the mobile phone has no more battery and the phone is off.
So the customer leaves a message on the answering machine of the mobile phone.
And we listen the message the next day : We are not efficient.
What we would like is :
when the customer calls our office at night, we transfer the call on a mobile phone.
But we would like the yeastar to be sure somebody is answering (not the answering machine).
So , to be sure somebody is answering, yeastar can ask the user to press a special key on the dialpad on his mobile phone.
If the special key is pressed, the yestar knows it is a human on the phone and transfer the call and stop the procedure.
If the special key is NOT pressed, the yestar knows it's an answering machine and continue the scenario : yeastar call a second number and wait again for a special key to be pressed. If the special key is NOT pressed, the yestar knows it's an answering machine and calls a third number and so on until the special key is pressed.
