What you seek is oftentimes called "find me, follow me". The call is directed to an extension and rings there for a period of time (whatever you set and could be a dummy extension). If the extension does not answer, then the system will start down a list of external numbers to dial.
If the call is answered, the system will then inform the person who answered who is calling and will then give an option to either accept of reject the call. If the call is rejected, the call is sent back to the extension's voice mail (this being the extension that did not answer). If the call is accepted then the system connects the call and the call is handled by the person who answered.
If there is no acceptance, then the system retains call control and puts the call to the VM of the original extension.
There is a limit as to how many other numbers will be called as it is not really feasible to have unlimited numbers as callers will likely hangup in frustration.
This is available in Asterisk, just not in Yeastar's implementation of it.....yet.
