Hi Masters!
we use a MyPBX U520 IP-PBX: in order to make a call outside our office, our staff had to dial 0 as prefix (after picking up handset ) before dialing the telephone number.
is there a way to automatically dial the prefix upon picking up the handset so that the users don't have to dial 0 after picking up the handset?
your response is very deeply appreciated.

Larry Neblett No, not the way you describe.
What you can do is to modify the dial plan of the phones such that they will add the "0" to certain dial string lengths. This is going to be dependent on the ability of the phone and they dial plan modifications they will support.
Of course, you could always eliminate the need for the "0". They will learn after a bit.
